These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 99as platform, including all gaming services, promotions, payment facilities, and customer support functions. Please read this document carefully before registering a 99as account or placing any real-money wager on the platform. By completing registration you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
1.4 The Company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, the Company will notify Players via a platform notification or email to the registered address on the account.
2.1 Age Requirement. The 99as Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you warrant that you are 21 or older. The Company will verify your age as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 99as Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals, and voiding of all bonus balances.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide true, complete, and current information during registration and at all subsequent stages of account verification. You are responsible for updating your account details if any information changes. The Company is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information supplied by the Player.
2.4 KYC Verification. As a condition of making withdrawals and as part of the Company's regulatory obligations, you may be required to provide documentary evidence verifying your identity, address, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and a recent utility bill or bank statement. The Company may suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC at any time.
The 99as Platform is open to players aged 21 and above who are not residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 99as Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99as account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 99as immediately at support@99as.app if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
3.2 Account Activity. All transactions, wagers, and instructions submitted through your 99as account — whether or not authorised by you — are your sole responsibility. The Company is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. The Company reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior notification to the registered email address. Where the account balance reaches zero as a result, the account may be closed.
3.4 Account Currency. 99as accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, and wagering requirements are expressed in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. The 99as Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The Company reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on the 99as Platform is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the Company, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day for most payment methods. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are typically processed within two hours of approval. The Company may apply additional processing time where KYC verification is pending or where a withdrawal triggers an enhanced due-diligence review under the Company's anti-money-laundering procedures.
4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. The Company reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
4.5 Player-Owned Methods Only. You may only use payment accounts and instruments that are registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited and will result in suspension of the account and reversal of the relevant transaction.
4.6 No Money Laundering. The 99as Platform must not be used as a vehicle for money laundering or any financial crime. The Company is obligated to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities under its licence conditions and anti-money-laundering compliance programme. Deposits that are not followed by genuine gaming activity may be subject to enhanced scrutiny and potential reversal.
All deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to the terms of your chosen payment provider in addition to these 99as Terms. Processing times quoted are estimates and may vary due to factors outside the Company's direct control.
5.1 General. 99as offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded on the 99as Platform are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to Players who meet all eligibility criteria set out in the promotion terms. The Company reserves the right to withdraw a bonus at any time if it determines that a Player has used abusive, fraudulent, or collusive behaviour in connection with the bonus, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage strategies to lock in risk-free returns, or exploiting software errors.
5.4 One Bonus Per Household. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per household, per IP address, and per device. The Company may use technical measures to identify and prevent bonus abuse across multiple accounts.
5.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and associated free spins have a validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the stated validity period and will be removed from the Player's account automatically.
5.6 Right to Modify. The Company reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already claimed the offer in good faith, the Company will honour any bonus funds already credited to the Player's account at the time of cancellation.

6.2 Accepted Bets. A bet or wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by the 99as system and a confirmation reference has been issued to the Player. Bets placed using funds that are subsequently found to have been deposited fraudulently, or bets placed using bonus funds in breach of wagering rules, will be voided.
6.3 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or manifest pricing error (including clearly incorrect sports odds), the Company reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. The Company will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected Players promptly. Winnings derived from a manifest error do not constitute a valid claim.
6.4 Sports Betting Rules. All sports bets are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market as published in the 99as sportsbook rules section. In the absence of a specific rule, the Company's trading team decision shall be final.
6.5 RNG Certification. All casino games on the 99as Platform that use a random number generator (RNG) are independently certified for fairness. The Company publishes average return-to-player (RTP) figures for all RNG games. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studios and are subject to the fairness standards of the relevant studio and its regulators.
Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. 10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical interruptions.
10.3 The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of the Player's account balance at the time the claim arises.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits the Company's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
11.1 The Company collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 The Company implements technical and organisational measures to protect Player data against unauthorised access, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit and encrypted storage for sensitive account information.
11.3 Player data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with the Company's regulated service providers (including payment processors and KYC verification providers), regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or licence condition.

12.2 Account Closure by the Player. You may close your 99as account at any time by contacting support@99as.app. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no fraud or breach of these Terms is under investigation.
12.3 Account Suspension or Closure by the Company. The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where a Player has breached these Terms, where required by the Company's licensing authority, or where continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable regulatory risk. In such cases the Company will provide reasonable notice except where immediate action is required to prevent financial crime or harm.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its gaming licence. The Company will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any Player complaint informally in the first instance.
13.2 Complaints Procedure. The Company will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five business days.
13.3 If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under the Company's gaming licence.
